"Jay Allen was our buyer's agent when my wife and I purchased our home in 2008, as first time home buyers. In addition to being a friendly and polite guy, he made the entire process, from the search through the closing, very easy. Jay helped us negotiate a long list of requests as a result of the home inspection.
